SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders typically require 6-10 business days for production, unless faster service is ordered/approved. We will send you a confirmation email when your order ships. When your order arrives, please take a few minutes to inspect for accuracy or damage. You will have 10 days after your order arrives to place any necessary claims.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
1. Signlite Services Inc./PortaPOST.com warrants its products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship, at its sole determination, for a period of 180 days from the invoice date.
Signlite Services Inc./PortaPOST.com will repair or replace product found defective, at its sole discretion, upon product return to SignliteOnline.
2. Customer is responsible returning product to Signlite Services Inc., although return- shipping containers for panels only may be supplied upon request.
3. Repair or replacement will be handled within standard factory service.
RETURN POLICY-non Warranty
1. Request for return of paid non-custom merchandise stating the reason for return is to be submitted to Signlite Services Inc. to obtain a return authorization. Please state whether you desire a replacement or a refund. Please be sure to include your name, office name, address, fax number, e-mail address, and a phone number where you can be reached.
2. A 20% restocking charge is applied before a refund is issued.
3. The return of the merchandise is required before any monies will be refunded. Customer shall be responsible for the return of any merchandise.
4. The refund will be in the form of a check, credit to your account or a credit to your credit card.
5. All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivered order.
